The Department of Citrus shall make an annual report to the Governor upon the work of the Department of Citrus. It shall also make such special reports upon any phase of the work of the Department of Citrus as may be called for by the Governor or the Legislature or either house thereof.
The department shall submit an annual report to the Governor concerning the work of the department. The department shall also submit such special reports concerning any phase of the department’s work as may be requested by the Governor or the Legislature or either house thereof.
