Approval of specified salary changes

Any change in the salary of an employee of the Department of Citrus which is at or above $100,000 annually must be approved by the full membership of the Florida Citrus Commission at the meeting of the commission in July 2003, or at the first subsequent meeting, and before any subsequent salary adjustment is made.
Any change in the annual salary of an employee of the department who earns $100,000 or more must be approved by a majority of the commission before the salary adjustment is made.
