Continuation, expiration of license; insurance agencies

The license of any insurance agency shall be issued for a period of 3 years and shall continue in force until canceled, suspended, revoked, or otherwise terminated. A license may be renewed by submitting a renewal request to the department on a form adopted by department rule.
The license of an insurance agency shall continue in force until canceled, suspended, or revoked or until it is otherwise terminated or expires by operation of law.
