Exclusive employment; public adjusters, all-lines adjusters

As of January 1, 2011
(1) No individual licensed and appointed as a public adjuster shall be so employed during the same period by more than one public adjuster or public adjuster firm or corporation.
(2) No individual licensed and appointed as an independent adjuster shall be so employed during the same period by more than one independent adjuster or independent adjuster firm or corporation.
(1) An individual licensed as a public adjuster may not be simultaneously licensed as an all-lines adjuster.
(2) An individual licensed as an all-lines adjuster and appointed as an independent adjuster, a company employee adjuster, or a public adjuster apprentice may not be simultaneously appointed, contracted, or employed as an adjuster that requires a different appointment type.
