When a marketer or discount medical plan organization sells a discount medical plan together with any other product, the fees for the discount medical plan must be provided in writing to the member if the fees exceed $30.
A marketer or discount plan organization selling a discount plan with medical services and other services may commingle those products on a single page of forms, advertisements, marketing materials, or brochures.
