Notwithstanding the definition of the term “foreign corporation” appearing in s. 607.01401, all of the provisions of chapter 607 not in conflict with the financial institutions codes which relate to foreign corporations shall apply to all international banking corporations and their offices doing business in this state.
Notwithstanding s. 607.01401(36), the provisions of part I of chapter 607 not in conflict with the financial institutions codes which relate to foreign corporations apply to all international banking corporations and their offices doing business in this state.
