Traffic in or possess counterfeit credit cards

(1) As used in this section, the term “related document” means an invoice, a voucher, a sales draft, or other representation or manifestation of a counterfeit credit card or a credit card number of a cardholder if not authorized by the cardholder.
Any person who traffics in or attempts to traffic in 10 or more counterfeit credit cards, invoices, vouchers, sales drafts, or other representations or manifestations of counterfeit credit cards, or credit card account numbers of another in any 6-month period is guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(2) A person who traffics in, attempts to traffic in, or possesses counterfeit credit cards or related documents in any 6-month period is guilty of: (a) A felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, if the person traffics in, attempts to traffic in, or possesses 5 to 14 counterfeit credit cards or related documents. (b) A felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, if the person traffics in, attempts to traffic in, or possesses 15 to 49 counterfeit credit cards or related documents. (c) A felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, if the person traffics in, attempts to traffic in, or possesses 50 or more counterfeit credit cards or related documents.
