Florida Commission on Offender Review; members, appointment

(1) The members of the Florida Commission on Offender Review shall be directly appointed by the Governor and Cabinet. The appointments of members of the commission shall be certified to the Senate by the Governor and Cabinet for confirmation.

(2) If the Legislature decreases the membership of the commission, all commission member terms of office shall expire and new members of the commission must be appointed in accordance with subsection (1). Members appointed to the commission may be selected from incumbents.
