O.C.G.A. § 16-13-27.1

Exempt anabolic steroids

1993, “St.” was substituted for “St” in two Code 1981, § 16-13-27.1, enacted by Ga. places in the “Company” column entries L. 1993, p. 590, § 1. corresponding to the “Trade Name”

The following anabolic steroid containing compounds, mixtures, or

preparations have been exempted as Schedule III Controlled Substances by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, as listed in 21 C.F.R. 1308.34, and are therefore exempted from paragraph (6) of Code Section 16-13-27:
