Immunity for governmental disclosures

Known as the Uniform Securities Act

The act spans §§ 485A-101 to 485A-809 (59 sections).

L 2021, c 54, pt of §1

A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, makes a disclosure of information pursuant to section 485A-802 shall be immune from administrative or civil liability that might otherwise arise from the disclosure or for any failure to notify the commissioner of the disclosure.
