Purchaser as witness

The person purchasing any intoxicating liquor sold in violation of this chapter shall in all cases be a competent witness to prove such sale.
The person purchasing any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer sold in violation of this chapter shall in all cases be a competent witness to prove such sale.
