Delivery to sheriff

If such proof is not furnished the carrier within ten days after demand, the carrier may deliver such liquors to the sheriff of the county embracing the place of delivery, and such delivery shall absolve the carrier from all liability pertaining to such liquors.
If such proof is not furnished the carrier within ten days after demand, the carrier may deliver such liquor, wine, or beer to the sheriff of the county embracing the place of delivery, and such delivery shall absolve the carrier from all liability pertaining to such liquor, wine, or beer.
