Attempt to destroy

The destruction of or attempt to destroy any liquid by any person while in the presence of peace officers or while a property is being searched by a peace officer, shall be competent evidence that such liquid is intoxicating liquor and intended for unlawful purposes.
The destruction of or attempt to destroy any liquid by any person while in the presence of peace officers or while a property is being searched by a peace officer, shall be competent evidence that such liquid is alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer and intended for unlawful purposes.
