Consumption on premises

An officer, clerk, agent, or employee of the division employed in a state-owned warehouse shall not allow any alcoholic liquor to be consumed on the premises, nor shall a person consume any liquor on the premises except for testing or sampling purposes only.
An officer, clerk, agent, or employee of the department employed in a state-owned warehouse under this chapter shall not allow any alcoholic beverage to be consumed on the premises, nor shall a person consume any alcoholic liquor on the premises except for testing or sampling purposes only.
