Violation of a fire safety rule adopted pursuant to section 100.35 and applicable to hotels, occurring on the premises of a hotel, is a violation of this chapter.
Violation of a fire safety rule adopted pursuant to section 10A.523 and applicable to hotels, occurring on the premises of a hotel, is a violation of this chapter.
