Transfer of prescriptions

As of January 1, 2012

~~A pharmacist or a pharmacist-intern may~~ transfer a ~~valid prescription order~~ to another ~~pharmacist or a pharmacist-intern pursuant to~~ rules adopted by the board.

Any prescription transfer shall be from a licensed pharmacy to another licensed pharmacy and be performed in accordance with rules adopted by the board.
