1. The authority shall submit to the governor and to the general assembly, not later than January 15 each year, an annual report.

3. The director may, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, include in the report submitted under this section, any other annual report relating to a program or activity required to be prepared by the authority, the director, or the board and submitted to the general assembly.
