Documents to attorney or party

Known as the Iowa Civil Rights Act

If a party is represented by an attorney during the proceedings of the agency or commission, with permission of the attorney for the party or of the party, the agency or commission shall provide copies of all relevant documents including an order or decision to either the attorney for the party or the party, but not to both.
