Preadmission diagnostic evaluation

No person shall be eligible for admission to a resource center or a special unit until a preadmission diagnostic evaluation has been made by a resource center or a special unit which confirms or establishes the need for admission.
A person shall not be eligible for admission to a resource center until a preadmission diagnostic evaluation has been made by a resource center which confirms or establishes the need for admission.
