A board of supervisors’ certification utilizing the central point of coordination process* that a person’s residency is in another county shall be sent to the auditor of the county of residence. The certification shall be accompanied by a copy of the evidence supporting the determination. The auditor of the county of residence shall submit the certification to the board of supervisors of the auditor’s county and it shall be conclusively presumed that the patient has residency in that county unless that county disputes the determination of residency as provided in section 331.394.
