Administrative services organization

As of January 1, 2012
Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, any person whose hospitalization expenses are payable in whole or in part by a county shall be subject to all requirements of the central point of coordination process.
Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, any person whose hospitalization expenses are payable in whole or in part by an administrative services organization shall be subject to all administrative requirements of the administrative services organization.
