All legal costs and expenses for the taking into custody, care, investigation, and admission or commitment of a person to a state mental health institute under a finding that the person has residency in another county of this state shall be charged against the regional administrator of the person’s county of residence.
All legal costs and expenses for the taking into custody, care, investigation, and admission or commitment of a person to a state mental health institute shall be charged to an administrative services organization.
