Administration of chapter — department of health and human services

As of January 1, 2012
An Iowa department on aging is established which shall administer this chapter under the policy direction of the commission on aging. The department on aging shall be administered by a director.
The department of health and human services shall consider the recommendations of the council when administering this chapter.
