Medicaid managed care organization premiums fund

1. A Medicaid managed care organization premiums fund is created in the state treasury under the authority of the department of health and human services. Moneys collected by the director of the department of revenue as taxes on premiums pursuant to section 432.1B shall be deposited in the fund.
