Administration of emergency relief

As of January 1, 2012
The state division, in addition to all other powers and duties given it by law, shall be charged with the supervision and administration of all funds coming into the hands of the state now or hereafter provided for emergency relief.
The department, in addition to all other powers and duties given the department by law, is charged with the supervision and administration of all funds received by the state for emergency relief.
