The department shall establish within the unit an information and administration coordinating center which shall serve as a registry for the receipt of information and for answering interstate inquiries concerning absent parents and shall coordinate and supervise unit activities. The information and administration coordinating center shall promote cooperation between the unit and law enforcement agencies to facilitate the effective operation of the unit.
The department shall establish within child support services an information and administration coordinating center which shall serve as a registry for the receipt of information and for answering interstate inquiries concerning absent parents and shall coordinate and supervise child support services’ activities. The information and administration coordinating center shall promote cooperation between child support services and law enforcement agencies to facilitate the effective operation of child support services.
