Membership in association of school boards

Boards of directors of community colleges may pay, out of funds available to them, reasonable annual dues to an Iowa association of school boards.
1. Boards of directors of community colleges may pay, out of funds available to them, reasonable annual dues to an Iowa association of school boards.
Membership in such an Iowa association of school boards shall be limited to those duly elected members of boards of directors of community colleges.
