The economic development authority shall administer the statewide allocations of program job credits to accelerated career education programs. The authority shall provide information about the accelerated career education programs in accordance with its annual reporting requirements in section 15.107B.
The department of workforce development shall administer the statewide allocations of program job credits to accelerated career education programs. The department of workforce development shall provide information about the accelerated career education programs to the general assembly annually on or before March 15.
