Limitation on funds

As of January 1, 2012
No state funds shall be loaned or used for this purpose. This shall not apply to funds derived from the net earnings of dormitories now or hereafter owned by the state.
State funds shall not be loaned or used for the purposes of this subchapter. This prohibition shall not apply to funds derived from the net earnings of dormitories owned by the state.
