Nuisance — injunction

Any junkyard which does not conform to the requirements of this subchapter and which is not excepted under section 306C.2 or 306C.3, is a public nuisance. The department may apply for an injunction to abate any nuisance arising from a violation of the provisions of this subchapter or rules adopted pursuant to this subchapter.
