Moving other vehicle

As of January 1, 2012
No person shall move a vehicle not owned by such person into any such prohibited area or away from a curb such distance as is unlawful.
A person shall not move a vehicle not owned by that person into any prohibited area described in section 321.358 or to a place that is an unlawful distance from a curb.
