Felony penalty — class “D” felony

As of January 1, 2012
Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter herein declared to constitute a felony, and for which another punishment is not otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a class “D” felony.
Any person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter which constitutes a felony, and for which another punishment is not otherwise provided, is guilty of a class “D” felony.
