If a county or combination of counties has a civil service commission, this commission shall serve as the commission established by this chapter and shall have all the powers and duties provided by this chapter.
1. If a county or combination of counties has a civil service commission, this commission shall serve as the commission established by this chapter and shall have all the powers and duties provided by this chapter.
If more than one civil service commission exists, the one from the county with the largest population shall serve as the commission under this chapter.
2. If more than one civil service commission exists, the one from the county with the largest population shall serve as the commission under this chapter.
