As of January 1, 2012
Any person refusing to comply with the provisions of sections 351.33 to 351.42 or violating any of their provisions, shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
Any person who violates or refuses to comply with the provisions of section 351.33 or sections 351.35 through 351.42 is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
