The duties required by law of the township clerk in such cities shall be performed by the city clerk, and those required of the board of trustees shall be performed by the city council.
The duties required by law of the township clerk in cities described in section 359.24 shall be performed by the city clerk, and those required of the board of trustees shall be performed by the city council.
