As of January 1, 2016
The department and the department of revenue shall each adopt rules to jointly administer this chapter.
The authority and the department of revenue shall each adopt rules as necessary for the administration of this chapter.
Section applies to agreements entered into by the department and an eligible taxpayer on or after July 1, 2014;
