Duty of county commissioner

The commissioner, in case the district delegates for the commissioner’s county have not been selected, shall deliver a copy of said call to the chairperson of the convention which selects said delegates.
The commissioner, in case the district delegates for the commissioner’s county have not been selected, shall deliver a copy of the call of the state party chairperson to the chairperson of the convention which selects said delegates.
