The name of a candidate for any office named in section 43.11 shall not be printed on the official primary ballot of the candidate’s party unless nomination papers are filed as therein provided except as otherwise permitted by section 43.23.
The name of a candidate for any office named in section 43.11 shall not be printed on the official primary ballot of the candidate’s party unless nomination papers are filed as provided in section 43.11 except as otherwise permitted by section 43.23.
