This division, plus applicable provisions of division IV of this chapter, shall be known and may be cited as the “Motor Fuel and Special Fuel Tax Law”.
This subchapter, plus applicable provisions of subchapter V of this chapter, shall be known and may be cited as the “Motor Fuel and Special Fuel Tax Law”.
