Known as the Interstate Fuel Use Tax Law

This subchapter and applicable provisions of subchapter V of this chapter and any amendments to either shall be known and may be cited as the “Interstate Fuel Use Tax Law”, and as so constituted is hereinafter referred to as this subchapter.
