Said hearing shall not be less than ten days nor more than thirty days from the date of the last publication and shall be held in the office of the commission or such place as the commission shall decide.
The hearing under section 461A.63 shall be held not less than ten days nor more than thirty days from the date of the last publication of the notice in the office of the commission or such other place as the commission shall decide.
