Any person, corporation, company, levee or drainage district or city whose rights or interests may be affected by said proposed water recreational area may file written objections to said proposed water recreational area or to the granting of said permit.
Any person, corporation, company, levee or drainage district, or city whose rights or interests may be affected by a proposed water recreational area may file written objections to the proposed water recreational area or to the granting of a permit for the proposed water recreational area.
