Extension of permit

A pipeline company may petition the board for the extension of a permit granted under this chapter by filing a petition containing the information required by section 479.6, subsections 1 through 4, 6, and 7, and section 479.26.
A pipeline company may petition the commission for the extension of a permit granted under this chapter by filing a petition containing the information required by section 479.6, subsections 1 through 4, 6, and 7, and section 479.26.
