Violations relating to dams

Whoever shall erect any dam or other obstruction prohibited by this chapter or at a place or in a manner prohibited shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor, or shall injure or destroy any dam lawfully erected, shall be guilty of an aggravated misdemeanor.
1. A person who erects any dam or other obstruction prohibited by this chapter or at a place or in a manner prohibited shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
2. A person who injures or destroys any dam lawfully erected shall be guilty of an aggravated misdemeanor.
