As of January 1, 2012
A licensee or registrant maintaining an office in the state shall notify the administrator in writing at least thirty days before closing or otherwise ceasing operations at any office in the state.
A licensee or registrant maintaining a branch office in the state shall notify the administrator in writing at least thirty days before closing or otherwise ceasing operations at any branch office in the state.
