As of January 1, 2012
The names of the jurors drawn under sections 607A.39 and 607A.40 shall be drawn by the ex officio commission or the jury manager in the manner provided for the drawing of an original pool or panel.
The names of the new or additional jurors shall be drawn from the jurors identified under sections 607A.39 and 607A.40 by the electronic data processing system that was used to draw the original jury pool or panel.
