Assignment of certificate

A creditor redeeming as above contemplated is entitled to receive an assignment of the certificate issued by the sheriff to the original purchaser as hereinbefore directed.
A creditor redeeming pursuant to this chapter is entitled to receive an assignment of the certificate issued by the sheriff to the original purchaser.
