At any time that the assets of the ward’s estate do not exceed the amount of the charges and claims against it, the court may direct the conservator to proceed to terminate the conservatorship.
At any time that the assets of the protected person’s estate do not exceed the amount of the charges and claims against it, the court may direct the conservator to proceed to terminate the conservatorship.
