Witnesses called to county attorney investigations

Witnesses subpoenaed by the county attorney pursuant to
shall receive the same fees and mileage as are allowed witnesses in the district court, and shall be paid in the same manner in which witnesses before the grand jury are paid except that such fees and mileage shall be certified only by the county attorney.
