Registration and renewal fees

As of January 1, 2012
An application for registration or renewal of registration shall be accompanied by a reasonable registration or renewal of registration fee sufficient to offset expenses incurred in the administration of this chapter as established by the secretary of state.
An application for registration or renewal of registration as an athlete agent shall be accompanied by a fee sufficient to offset expenses incurred in the administration of this chapter as established by the secretary of state.
